Mount Greville Road
One of the most intriguing mountains with lots to explore. Walk options include trips up and down deep gorges and up to the summit. A wide range of vegetation, spectacular views and interesting geography.
How to get there: From the Cunningham highway turn left onto the Boonah Fassifern Road (about 4km before Aratula) then trun right into Lake Moogerah road, follow the road for about 18km and turn left onto Mt Greville road. There are 2 spot where Lake Moogerah road does a sharp right hand turn and a different road continues ahead so watch out for these.
The meeting point is the carpark approximately 1km from the start of Mt Greville road on the right hand side.

What others have said:
“Our visit to Mt Greville was a short up hill hike to find a good vantage point to view sunrise over the mountains. We found a great spot to look out over the valley and could see all the way across to Lizard Point behind the clouds. Mt Greville has plenty of options – this morning we headed to a gorge, identifying and of course photographing some birds along the way. The rocks, water and trees were beautiful. Great photo ops were very accessible without much walking. A lovely relaxed walk at our own pace with plenty of great tip sharing!” – Kerryn
